Munich Suggestions

I'm traveling to Munich for work in a couple months, and will be there for two weeks. I'll have the weekend in between, and a couple of open nights, so looking for tips for what to do over the weekend, and any must hits for dinner.

Lucky dog! Yeager Schnitzel or swankbrauten(sp?), both are super good dishes.

Soak up the architecture and statues. Take a ride on the Sbahn and Ubahn (subway and train). So much history there and about.

Berchtesgaden and Eagle

2. marianaplatz town square will have market set up on 3 3. Saturday
4. Check to see if Bayern Mumichbisnplaying at home. If you can get a ticket it's well worth it.
5 Garmisch, the alps are less than a two hour drive (Zugspitz)
6. The famous king Ludwig castles are also close by
7. Just hit any of the many out door beer gardens.

Don't know where it is but I had the best pizza of my life in Germany. Next to a hotel and within walking distance to a museum.
