Injury Report: Senior PF/SF/SG did not practice all week due to a shoulder injury but will be in the starting lineup

Key Note: Murray State runs the same offense as the Chicago Bulls run, the Triangle offense and it should be a different offense that what we're use to playing against. They also play normally a...man2man! (as Bill Raftery would) defense :)

Jordan Howell will be making his second straight start tonight against the Racers. In the last game against UL Laf. he played a career high, 30 mins. Coach Pearl says that is too many mins for his starting PG and wants the started to play 20-25 mins and the back up 15-20 mins

I have very little confidence in Ramar Smith at this point. He looks out of control on offense and lost on defense. I have seen zero improvement from the first game to this one.

Wayne Chism has had a good game. Closing in on a double double with 12 points and 8 boards...Vols up 20

I see some improvement in Ramar. He has fewer turnovers and he has shown his ability to drive to the basket. It's a start at least.

Well he does have 5 points and 3 assists tonight. The assists are huge for him and a good improvement.

The Freshmen trio have had a soild game.

Chism: 13 points 9 boards

Crews: 12 points 5 boards

R. Smith: 7 points 4 assists

For the first time this year, Chism and Crews played at the same time.

Coming upon 2 mins left, Vols up 84-55
