There was one play, I think it was in the 3rd quarter, where Bru behaved like he was subbing out and then didn’t. He lined up wide to the left. Stoops thought Bru went out and UK started substituting defensive players. Hooker snapped the ball, and UK drew a penalty for too many men on the field.

But the best part was Stoops going crazy on the sideline, screaming at the ref that we subbed out, so they should’ve been allowed to sub. But we didn’t. It took him forever to realize that we didn’t sub. I love that play because it revealed the competence of our coaching staff and Stoop’s goofy incompetence. He cannot hold a candle to our coaches.

Someone on Twitter did a mash up of Napier, Saban and stoops losing their minds against us… it was beautiful

That was an Aaron Rodgers type move. I've seen him do this on occasion. Playing chess is what the broadcaster called it. I guess Stoops felt we had stooped to such a low level, so whined about it.

I loved this, too. But I think my favorite part of the game was after Slaughter's INT in the 3rd quarter, when Levis was so desperate to deny it that he kept acting like he knew it hit the ground. As the ref walked out to announce the result of the review, Levis made a big show of putting his helmet back on and walking back out onto the field. Watching him sulk his way back to the sideline was glorious.

Yah, I don't think this means any of those fellas are bad people (but Saban is a bad person, lol, he's Satan...his first name is NICK for heaven's sake, God gave us that big friggin clue!)...sorry, got carried away.

What I meant to say was, I don't think these temper tantrums mean they're all bad people. It's just a clear sign that not only is our coaching crew out-coaching their players, they're out-coaching their coaches, too.

To be so nuanced that you're repeatedly fooling the coaches, including the greatest of all time (evil, but g.o.a.t.), that's some 3-dimensional chess, there.

Go Vols!

To Stoops credit - he did say that they got outcoached and outplayed. He might be the only person at Ky that understands the tough reality of playing in this conference and trying to improve your standing vs the Alabama's, Georgia's, and this year Tennessee's of the world. It's an arms race and very, very, very few have the resources to compete with Ohio State, Notre Dame, Alabama, Georgia. You have to do everything perfect and then it still might not help. Sometimes things fall into place and sometimes you have injuries and the opposite happens.

We are very blessed and fortunate to have stumbled into a couple of first round nfl players that transferred in at qb and wr.
