My overall sports misery continues

OK, if you are a sport team you do not want me as a fan.

Here is why.
First of all i am a huge Cubs fan. Enough said.
Big UT and UNC basketball fan, they both choke badly.
Florida and Ohio St. make both championship games while my team barely lost to both of them in football and basketball respectfully.
Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon (Flaming homos) alwasy seem to dominate nascar, while my driver (JR) seems to never get over that hump.
Lady Vols will almost certainly come up a hair short.
Titans suck.
Preds have choked down the stretch.

I am close to giving up totally. I cant win anything. :no:

I wouldn't be so down on the Titans. They did more than expected in 2006.

And remember, they still have Young.

I can't say much for Little E. I personally have never saw the potential and only think he lives off of his dad's name.

As for the Cubs, well, nobody knows what will show up with Lou as the manager.

The NHL is a whole new game come playoffs and the Preds still have a powerful team.

And we will see about the LVs in a few hours.

People often make Jr. out to what Kerry actually is, the bust of the family. Jr. has proven to be a decent driver, but he'll never be his father and it should've never been expected.

Anyone that pulls for the Cubs are a glutton as they say.

Unless miracles happen, I figure the Titans will be lucky to win more than 4 or 5 games next year.

Don't care anything at all about the Predators... the bandwagon effect that has taken place this season is revolting. Not talking about anyone here as everyone that I know of were Predators fans last year and earlier, but people around here are all about the Preds.

Not a Gordon fan, but how can you call someone married to a model a flamer, but be a fan of someone never seen in public with a woman?

Jr. did drag that one broad around for a few months back in 2004. He's said he wants to find a woman that doesn't know who he is or something along those lines... I hope he enjoys settling down in a third-world country.

my best sports year ever was 98/99........

TN won the national championship.
the Broncos with John Elway won the Super Bowl
Dale Jarrett won the Winston Cup.

ah, life was good back then.

I have no idea what my best sports year is. I don't think I have ever had more than one team win it all the same year.

1998 Without doubt was my best sports year. If Tennessee wins a Football National Championship I could really care less what my other teams do.

Cards suck. Shut up. Titans win only 4 games???? I bet you said that last year too. I have always like the Preds but they will lose in the first round, Book It!
JR. is very talented, but i dont think he is with the right ppl. I hate Hendrick, but i think he would dominate over there.

That's the defending World Series Champion Cards to you. :)

I think I said the Titans could win 7 or so games with the signings they made from the previous offseason. They've did anything but improve so far this season. If they sign a running back I may up estimated win total.
