I wrote a post inviting people to try out for a blogging spot on a Braves forum and it was deleted? I was wondering if there was a specific reason for this?

probably because Freak is pretty partial to braves chop or whatever it is... that or because no one with any sanity would go to a braves forum... :)


waiting on the attack from GA or Vercin for that last comment....

Well I'm not GA or Vercin but I mean seriously...do the A's even have a forum. And for that matter, does anyone even care a lick about what the A's do? I think not sir.

Oh, I just noticed that braves chop is kind of slow and was offering an alternative to my friends site. No big deal.

Taking shots at America's Team is grounds for a ban if I've ever seen it.

As far as the link goes . . . You'll need to get it OK'd by Freak before posting a link to a blog or message board. Otherwise with the amount of traffic we have and everybody and their mother now blogging about something, this place becomes a Spam haven.

I'm sure that's a great site you linked to, but that's the policy.

if i'm not mistaken, I'm not the only A's fan on board. Isn't USAF an A's fan, or did i dream that up?

And in all honesty, there a few good A's boards out there, but you either have to be a complete homer or a complete hater. You can't be in between on them.

Vercin acted as if Kotsay won't matter in a previous comment. Have the Braves found another CFer?

I can't argue with you. I've been a Braves fan for more than 25 years, and the entire time, it's been either the disappointment of having a completely terrible team or the disappointment of having a really good team that blows it in the playoffs. The one time they did win the WS, I could barely enjoy it because I was halfway through moving to Atlanta; I got to celebrate by moving furniture around and going through boxes. Whee. I didn't even get to watch Game 5 on cable.

So I'd agree with you. Nobody with any sanity has any business on a Braves forum. Unless he's there to troll.
