Add UK to teams on the decline? Arguably played the best they have in the modern era recently with a disappointing year and no rise in sight next year.

SC is a phony team with a phony coach. That program has been in the ACC and SEC and only won 1 divisional championship. Butch Beamer isn’t changing that. They will be duking it out for 4th place with UK next year and the foreseeable future.

IT HAS HAPPENED. Losing 2 games (neither to Georgia) is literally and inarguably a decline.

My take is that the East > West this year ... long time coming but I think the two best teams are in the East.
