My Thoughts on Houston...

Agreed. We also know that if they’re still playing at this point in the season, they can surely beat us. But, as I see it, they cannot beat the team that just beat Kentucky. That team can beat anybody if they’re on.

Been hoping for a complete 40 minute game and the Vols showed out last night. Hoping for 3 more efforts like that and we might have something special on our hands. Only downside to last night was our 3 pt shooting but I really think some of that is playing in that dang football stadium. Saw several really bad misses (from us and KY) on corner 3’s which is normally the easiest 3 ball to shoot. Hopefully we got a little more used to it and shoot better Sunday. Expect ZZ and Jahmai to give them fits. Hoping for big games from Chaz and Gainey. GBO!

So many points in the paint though. Lots of good takes to the basket. Loved seeing that. Gainey slamming it home was really nice.

Seems like the vols and Houston have had similar metrics for several years and never played each other. It's going to be an intense game and need major ball security. I think the 4 guard lineup with Felix will get major run against them.

I wanted tickets in hand before making the trip. Not a great money decision to have already bought because they will continue to drop but a pretty good deal to get in Floor 4 section with Vol fans for $300 especially for an Elite 8 game.
