I ran across this video online and it makes a lot of sense to me. The guy in the video owns a drone production company that contracts with the US military. He offers his OPINIONS about this phenomenon from an experts perspective. It is his opinion that these belong to our government and are searching for something. He goes in depth and basically poo poos the notion that these are coming from a sea based "mothership". If you care to hear an experts opinion, I would highly recommend watching. I know a couple of guys that are in those types of positions.
I don’t believe for one second they didn’t take it seriously and they did nothing. I’m positive that they are on it.

I’m not inferring incompetence. I believe many would love to see us attacked with a low yield nuclear weapon. It would open up a whole new avenue of control.

Another thing, why isn't CNN or MSNBC sending reporters out and doing live coverage of this stuff. Could you imagine how big of a jump they would get in the ratings? Sounds like a joke, but seriously.

Pretty much agree. This would be handled exclusively by the Pentagon and Federal law enforcement (if it was handled smartly). They likely are going to be putting very few, if any politicians in the loop.

worldwide..kinda defeats the nuke argument unless they think these bases are targets as well..

“We have no intelligence or observations that would indicate that they were aligned with a foreign actor or that they had malicious intent, but just kind of simply tell you we don’t know. We have not been able to locate or identify the operators who are the points of origin,” the DoD official told reporters on Saturday. “The main point is to deter the activity using some of our electronic means that can respond to most of these small commercial systems and deny them access to the airspace over our bases. We don’t know what the activity is. We don’t know … if it is criminal. But I will tell you that it is irresponsible. Here on the military side, we are just as frustrated with the irresponsible nature of this activity.”

Such ambiguity is wearing thin on the public as people are increasingly demanding clarity from the federal government on the issue.

That would imply the gov is looking for nukes obtained by the shadow government. That is horrifying as well.
