Ok this has been driving me crazy for a long time after googling different phrases I still can't come up with the answer so Nation you are my last hope lol.

I am looking for a movie, hell maybe even a tv skit were it shows a TV news anchor in Russia reading the news. There is a gun being pointed at his head as he nervously reads Soviet propaganda. I remember seeing this when I was a kid and laughing my a** off.
