Since a few people I am sure are ready to cast me away for that "other thread" lol, I felt like I should give you some insight on who some targets of mine are for interviews over the next week or so.

Tyler Bray, Munchie Leaguax, Cody Riggs, Jermaine Barton, Jeff Luc, Kion Payne, Mike Palardy, Curtis Grant, and Drew Owens

One guy that we really need some info on is Damion Robinson. You could do a UT and Bama piece on him...

matt had a thread started bout a "big" suprise player that was gonna commit to UT.he had everybody speculateing on who it was.turned out the whole thing fell throught with a"big" splash.:)

Why? So he can reiterate once again how committed he is to Bama? So he can tell us again how he throws away all the UT letters and mail he receives?

Let go of this Phillip Sims thing already people. He's not coming here.

He is probably the best QB in this class. Wish we could have landed him, but oh well.

I don't think anyone wants to cast you out. You are doing a great job on the articles but like you said, fans around here follow recruiting very closely and its probably better to wait till you know 100% before getting people worked up or you are liable to see some cliff divers.

You might have gotten a few pages from Duck fans with a post like that but here you can slow down a server with stuff like that. ;)

I'd like someone to talk to Risean Broussard about his commitment, if he feels like LSU will ever offer, and how much it will matter. It just *really* feels like Coach O loves him and if he comes on strong this year he could pick up that Tiger offer.

Also love to hear some more from '11 prospects because if we do have a good season this year I think the class we *could* get would be incredible (not that '10 isn't going well, all things considered.)

I agree with that, just getting very interested in seeing how some of our early '10 commitments (well, all of our commitments) start playing in HS over the next few weeks. Broussard to me seemed like a guy CEO set a big target on and wouldn't take no for an answer, and I'd love to just see how comfortable some of these guys are getting with our staff as time goes on.

I didn't think he ever said the player was going to commit... I though he said that the player had became interested in UT again.. I could be wrong though

Broussard is a drop in the bucket to LSU at this point. The next two years of DT talent coming out of Louisiana is sick and 1 out of many is not going to hurt them.

Borderline impossible. In the one in a million chance he does answer his phone, he doesn't talk much. Not a very good interview. Same really goes for Jeff Luc.

I'm sure Matt would do much better than me though. :)

Hey guys,

I have been following recruiting religiously the past few months on here and on Volquest. I am sorry to see the Phillip Sims rumors be untrue, I was very excited about that possibility. As of yesterday I am on a cruise with my girlfriend and her family (unfortunately not with my buddies raising hell), but I am very addicted to this site and can't help wanting to check it a few times a day. Would someone mind sending me PM's if important news comes out like, people think prater is switching to UT, or info on Jeff Luc comes out. They are charging me 40 cents a minute for internet on here and it is very slow.
