I wish someone/some 'body' of people would do this to the NCAA. It'd be interesting to see what their little grubby hands are covering up in the name of the almighty dollar.

:dunno: But it could be interesting to see what they find. Besides, I doubt "the city paper" is going to accomplish much anyway. It just sounds like a bunch of whiners looking to dig up something on the TSSAA to me.

How about shedding a little light on how much money the TSSAA makes on the football playoff system as compared to how much money the schools make? Each game the TSSAA takes the lion share, more than the sum of the two participating teams combined. The host team must also pay the officials. So, the TSSAA takes all that money for typing the name of the winner on their online bracket. Amazing.

When a student athlete's parents divorce, even if the athlete does not change schools and played the year before, the school is supposed to include that information for eligibility. Why? What difference would that make?

Maybe you should educate yourself before popping off about what you haven't a clue about..I know some folks over there and it's a great publication with some top notch reporters..And it's the only decent free publication still around in Nashville..Ask Terry McCormack and David Boclair to their face if they are a "bunch of whiners"..

BTW, it's The City Paper and I'm sure you'd open a thread about what they "dig up"
