You can’t launch with your helmet, they are going to review it every time. The head, neck, and shoulder area especially. Anywhere else launching, then they are going to toss you out.
 
Targeting is the worst rule in college football. The SEC uses it as a way to eject our best players right after they make great plays. Totally rigged

If its egregious then yes, I agree. But there's no way he should be out the rest of this game for that hit (and the 1st half of their 1st game next year?).
