I've given my cars a name ever since my first one 35 years ago. My favorite name is one we own now.

A black Acura MDX named Count Blackura.

Sadly, the love of my life (human, not automotive) is not amused by such foolishness, so the Subaru is known only as “the Subaru.”

We have also had a Plymouth Grand Voyager named Polly, a Ford Taurus named Toby, a Chevy Blazer named Barbarella, a Nissan Altima named Alvin, a Jeep Grand Cherokee named Josie, a Jeep Grand Cherokee named Josie Gray, and a few more I can't remember.

2012 Ford Taurus. And despite the fact that I drive like the proverbial little old lady. I named it bullet because it's stance it high in back and reminded me of finding a hide and looking down below waiting to pick out targets. Unfortunately my daughter bought in...and my front end hit a tree. Don't worry the cat is fine.

My mom had a VW beetle we named Sarah.

Not sure how we came up with those names.

Didn’t name any of my cars except my current 2012 Honda Fit. Called it E.T. because it looked like it could have come from outer space.

My first car, blue Nissan Sentra, I named "Pizza" because the first car tag (pre Power T) was something like P1Z74... and kinda L33T3D out as pizza. Just got over 100k on it.

My extended family has an old Grand Am, that is known as Grand Ma.

Growing up we had a Nissan Quest van that always looked kinda serious and we named it "Bruce".

My truck is named Hulk because it has a vinyl wrap of The Incredible Hulk on it. I bought it that way. The wrap is peeling. Once we take the wrap off, the truck will be named Dr Bruce Banner.

Have a ram 3500 that is named Bianca. Named it that because my wife’s co-worker Bianca did all the work in the office.

Had a 1971 Chevy Nova that was put together during a GM labor strike. It had lots of issues but was reliable.... Not a very sophisticated car, really very basic. Named her "African Queen"

Currently have a 2018 White Mercedes E300 we call "Sugar".... She's one sweet car.
