Just looking at ND's remaining schedule, they very well could only go 4-8 this season. The have Army, VA Tech and USC left on their schedule. Don't know enough about Army to make a prediction either way on that game.

Glad to seem them lose. I was there the last time they played in Neyland 2004 I think. Had to listen this lone annoying ND leprechaun of a fan talk smack all game. For some reason Fulmer/Sanders tried to make something happen with less than 1:00 in the half deep on our side of the field, they started to run the clock, but then on 2d down inexplicably tried to pass from the shotgun and there was a bad snap....Ainge separated his shoulder...queue Rick Clausen. ND scored on a pick six in the third and we never saw the endzone again.

FYI - UT started with the ball on their own 40 with 1 minute left. Only 30 yards from reasonable field goal range in a 10-7 game.

But when coaches take a knee at the end of the half they hear the boo birds...

Fulmer should have used his vast mind powers to peer into the future. How dare he not know an injury would occur??

LOL!

Funny how a drive that started at the 40 turns into "deep in our own territory" when things go wrong. I'm sure in 10 more years that drive will have started inside the UT 5 yard line. :)

FWIW, I went back ad looked this up utsports.com...said we were on the 20, ran up the middle with Houston on 1st down for 2yds,looked like the we're going to sit on it, didn't hurry up, didn't call TO, then decided to go shotgun.
