Karl and Huggins good friends, so I've had the chance to meet George a couple of times when he visited and did clinics in Cincinnati. He's the type of guy that once you cross one of his friends, he'll do everything in his power to make your life miserable. As for Zeke, it is amazing that he is able to continue to fool people. His record as an executive in the NBA is awful. I'm not even going to get into the fact that he damn near destroyed the CBA. He's just not a good coach or GM. Great players usually aren't. Jerry West and Larry Bird are the exceptions. Look how poorly Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan have performed in those capacities.i just saw the clip of Zeke and his words towards Carmelo on SportCenter. it appears he basically said he was coming after him. since when is it his job to quit playing when he is in the game? i agree with this being on the Knicks.
i don't see why Karl felt the need to embarass the Knicks when they do a pretty good job of it themselves every night they play.
however, without knowing what was said between Zeke and Carmello and then what was said to Carmello during the fight, i find his actions to be unacceptable.
why is Zeke still around in the NBA? still in basketball? i can't believe some people in Bloomington wanted him anywhere close to that school.

I know you were. I was just giving a little context to my earlier post. Seeing George Karl and Lon Kruger's sons playing college ball makes me feel old. I remember seeing Coby and Kevin as ball boys. Time does fly.there was an excellent article on Karl and his son in ESPN The Magazine, last week i believe.
i understand why Karl did it. i was just taking a shot at the Knicks.
