I watched some Olympics and later some winter sports...shame but I can understand those are expensive to produce and with 2020 lots of lost revenue

Probably going to Peacock and there is talk they are moving some sports back to USA; so it's kind of going back to how it was a long time ago. I'm old enough to remember when USA had boxing and they used to show some college football and had WLAF games on.

NHL's contract with NBC is also up after this year and the talk is that they are going to go back to ABC/ESPN and FOX. Apparently ESPN has been intersted in getting back the NHL especially after they launched ESPN+. The only thing about ESPN is it's already very crowded with the NBA and college basketball during the NHL's main bulk of the season and the early part of a normal season would be heavily overshadowed by college and NFL football.

Unless I forgot, I never realized that NBCSN used to be Versus, which used to be the Outdoor Life Network. I remember Versus a bit because for a while they had Pac-12 games and I think some MWC games, and they were the network for the short lived United Football League.

It was confirmed by NBC that after the WWE Network is now moving to Peacock and the shutting down of NBCSN that sports are moving back to the USA Network.
