'25 NC OT David Sanders (Tennessee commit)

If his skills translate, that’s immaterial.

No it’s not. Was acquaintances with a former NFL GM. I’m not saying that teams don’t over look stuff because of talent. However, during the year and subsequently getting that second contract or based on pre draft interviews, it can have an impact.

In today’s world of brands and instant access with athletes and their social media, podcasts and whatnot, GMs hear every fourth word and only BELIEVE the signature on the contract. Hence the “former” portion of your NFL GM contact. Spitting on your hands and shaking on it and counting on it whilst making roster decisions went the way of the Dodo. You preclude dudes who talk out the azz and you’re eliminating a major portion of the supply chain.

But for money first types most of the time the work ethic isn’t the greatest. Most players of course love the idea of making money. But the ones that put it over everything else usually aren’t worth the headache. And don’t think coaches and other players don’t pick up on it. But the majority of players work hard and want to win. NIL is going to balance out in time, many factors go into things for the great majority. GBO

His dad, Dominic. Former All-American center at Nebraska. Didn’t help Frost get him, so Rhule sold something different to flip him from UGA.
'Here's the same amount of NIL, we have a HS stadium & you dont have to play Florida, TN, Ok/TX, Vandy & SC (because Ga plays a HS schedule) or MS State every year.'

'You like this Lambo, here's key (unearned).'

His dad started in the NFL for 14 seasons. Took more than a car imo. Truth is Nebraska always had a legacy edge as long as the HC had a pulse. Rhule is legit, and now that he knows it doesn’t translate to the next level. he may have found his home.

Raoila is a decent QB. The only one that could cut the wind in Honolulu for a TD in Pacific Rim All Star Bowl.

I mean, damn. I guess we should all count ourselves lucky because we have you to break it all down for us. And they fact you know more than a former NFL GM when you have probably never even set foot in a NFL office…let alone a meeting, should brighten our day knowing that you are smarter than them and understand the day to day dealings of these types of players.

In this fictional world of yours, Sabinochio is your media relations guy and Dobbs4heisman is your top college scout.

You’re taking our exchange of opinions too personally. Didn’t mean to offend you. Backing off.

Come on - recruiting isn't hard:

It's just predicting the choice of unpredictable 18 year kids where some stick to their word, some like being misleading, others change their minds 100 times, and some straight lie. All the while we sift through that on a bulletin board with people that like to formulate educated guesses, some like to purely troll, and some actually have credible insider information -- but they'll never be trusted because they take an 18 year olds word which can change on a moments notice. See -- easy as 2 + 2 = 5. He's a Vol.
you also forgot all the extremely high paid used car salesman, every coach but UTs; using high pressure sales tactics, and saying everything they can to get the kid to sign. And all the NIL craziness. and everyone else talking in their ear about where they should go.
