'26 NC QB Faizon Brandon (Tennessee commit)

Fixed his response: "We dropped Faizon because his stats don't equal what we think a 5* should have due to his team being up 40 at halftime and not playing the second half"
Nothing he said in his reasoning is unture or unreasonable necessarily. They still have him as a 5 star. There's a reason people want him to sit for at least a year at the college level and it's not just the age. He doesn't do too much in Grimsley's offense and it is sustainable bc they always have a lot better rosters and coaching than their comp. I'd still take Faizon over Curtis personally but I can understand where he is coming from

NOPE! If anything you need to go to a prorated calculation. Points and yards per minute or possession. Penalizing him for keeping the score down does not fly.

Now maybe you should not count stats for QB ONCE YOU LEAD BY 21. Rewarding guys for padding their stats late is garbage.

Sorry to burst your bubble but no evaluator cares about high school stats unless they are bad

So when high school players are being evaluated, their good stats are irrelevant? So when Trevor Lawrence set the all time UGA state record for passing yards and passing TDs, that meant nothing to evaluators? When Derrick Henry rushing for over 12k yards and scoring 153 TDs meant nothing?

You cannot be serious.
