I found this and thought others might be interested. Some things of note Campbell is a 91 but and there is at least 6 DT's rated ahead of Malahona. That's some bull****! Also Tennessee is tied with Iowa as the only two teams with A+ Def.

What are supposed to be the new features of NCAA 2006? Thanks for the info Six.

This year's new features includes Race for the Heisman, where you start out as a High School kid and go to camps and work out. Depending on how you do you get scholarship offers from different Colleges, but you can allways walk on if Tennessee dosen't offer. Then through out your College career as you hit various accomplishments you can pimp out your dorm room (Kinda like ESPN's Crib Feature on thier NFL game). Also we now also have Impact players on each team, and from what I have read if your a Impact player you can break more tackles, cause more fumbles, squeeze more tight passes into coverage, etc. Tennessee has 3 Impact players (Riggs, Allen, and Simon). We would have more but the game limits each team to only 3. And also new for this year is year round recruiting. You can inivte potential recruits to big games and if you win impress them in the proccess. The new recruiting in the game is based on Rivals.com.

Did anybody notice that Vince Young has a 90 speed? I guess when playing with friends you will have to play with the no Vick rule like on Madden.

What? Heck no! If I'm playing with Young, they will just have to throw the ol' six man rush at me. Tough luck!

Anyways, I think Mahelona was like a 90 or 91 ovr in 2005, so he should be very good as well in this game. If Tennessee's defensive roster is actually good enough to earn an A+, believe that there is some serious talent there. Which means I will be playing with Tennessee a lot more. I'm all about zone blitzes.

I must have this game. Though I can't believe Kyle Field is rated higher than Neyland. Though I'm sure the Michigan, VATech, & Ohio St fans are bitching about Neyland being rated higher.

As far as gameplay goes, if your stadium is in the top 10 or 15 most difficult, it really makes very little difference.

Simon is questionable...he is recovering for an injury and we will have to see how he plays out. I've heard down the grapevine that Riggs has been somewhat of a hassle this off season...maybe he's getting a big head over one season(hopefully he chills out). Allen will be a big playmaker once he makes the move back to his natural CB position. I think our biggest impact players will be Allen, Hawaiian Punch, and Meachem

The ratings on NCAA games are pretty subjective... They rate the overall depth chart, so a team with great starters but poor second stringers can still be rated somewhat low.

If a squad has an A rating on offense or defense, it means that is one seriously talented group. If it's rated as a B, it can be because of talented starters but poor backups, are just being decent throughout.

I think Tennessee's offense is a B because the second string o-line may be rated low.

Yeah really. He did lead the team last year with four interceptions, but he lacked a lot of consistancy. And Im not convinced that he will start this year. They over-rated him and under-rated mahelona.

It happens... You've got 200-ish teams to worry about, you can't go out and scout everybody's rating. There is never gonna be an NCAA game without some botched rosters or goofy rankings somewhere.
