Personally, I am not a fan of the "run and gun" style or the frequent substitutions reminiscent of hockey, yet this approach has propelled us to the Sweet 16. CKC achieved this with the talent she inherited, supplemented by a few players from the transfer portal. Consider this: we had just one five-star recruit in Cooper and a handful of players who might struggle to secure a spot on another Division I team, especially one contending for a championship.

Whitehorn was a 5-star recruit, actually ranked 3 spots above Cooper in the 2022 class.

We ran the Derby with ... well lets put it this way,,,once we have a stable of thoroughbreds, it will no longer be a question of a drop off in speed and athleticism,,,it will be dependent on skill-set and proficiency

I fully realize the Florida men's team players are separate from their coach, but dayum. The same as CT's women's coach winning was, F's men's coach makes the Gators winning the natty gross to me.

I hate the connie program as much as anybody,,,but kudos to Geno for proving that old school coaches are still the ones who you have to deal with. He had the perfect mix of positionless basketball and personnel for matching up.

Hate it that the connies put up another banner though...Makes me want the Lady Vols to rise back to prominence,,,even more though!
