NCAA suspends texting rule

I don't know much about this, but I just heard on the radio that the NCAA has suspended its rule has gone and suspended its rule that allows unlimited texting from coaches to recruits. Anyone else heard anything about this? Again, no link to provide, I just heard It on the radio.
