Are you ready to be part of the MADNESS? As a loyal NCAA basketball fan, your exclusive opportunity to purchase all-session tickets to the First Four and First/Second rounds of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship is almost here! A promo code will be sent the morning of Tuesday, October 26 prior to the start of the presale.
PRESALE STARTS: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26 AT NOON ET
Regional round (Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight) tickets are not included in this presale, but will become available on November 9.
For a complete listing of all March Madness sites, dates and venues, visit NCAA.com/MBBTickets.
First Four- Dayton's Crappy Arena once again
First and Second Rounds:
3/17-3/19 Buffalo, Indianapolis, Fort Worth, Portland
3/18-3/20 Greenville, SC; Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, San Diego
Regionals:
3/24-3/26 San Antonio, San Francisco
3/25-3/27 Chicago, Philadelphia (avoid the SEPTA trains)
Final Four:
4/2-4/4 New Orleans
Greenville is the Carolina bid because UNC and Duke get skeered if they leave the region
This is expected to be a bit stronger West-of-the-Mississippi field than normal with UCLA, Gonzaga, Kansas, Baylor, Houston, Oregon, Arkansas, USC, Texas Tech, Colorado State and Washington State expected to be strong contenders. So it's likely good that there are so many western sites.
SEC? 5-6 maybe even 7
ACC may get 4-5 but they only one will be wearing white after the first round. Lot's of double digit seeds. (Duke, Fla State, UNC, VA Tech, Syracuse or Notre Dame or Louisville)
Big 12? 3-4, REALLLLY top heavy with, KU, Baylor and Texas crushing everybody else.
Big 10 6-7 They will be best conference (Michiga, Purdue, Illinois, Ohio State, Maryland. Michigan State, Indiana, maybe even Rutgers)
PAC-12 - Top heavy 2. Not quite as crushing as Big12 (UCLA, Oregon, USC, Arizona, Colorado may be close)
Down season for BigEast but Villanova is back. 2 teams. Maybe 3? (Nova, UConn, Xavier) This conference will pack NIT
SEC teams in NCAA
Tennessee
Kentucky
Alabama
Auburn
Arkansas
LSU or Mississippi State but not both
