Baylor has already implemented self-imposed penalties, which include loss of scholarships (one for the men's team, two for the women's), restrictions on Drew, Tang and McKinney's recruiting calls and Mulkey being prohibited from recruiting off-campus during the summer recruiting period.
The committee on infractions could accept Baylor's penalties or add additional ones.
Nothing like a school that holds christianity on its sleeve and then cheats therefore making a mockery of it. Hypocrites. They should have got drilled a few years back for the Bryant Dennehy ordeal. The coach covering that up and blasting players posthumous reputation was horrible.

For the record, Baylor is not nearly as associated with the Baptist denomination of the Christian faith as it once was.
Maybe not, but they still consider themselves a Baptist University. In fact, I have a friend that worked in the music department there. She told me that in order to be considered for tenure as a faculty member, you had to be an active member of a Christian church in the area. This is not common in higher ed, and is in fact illegal in public institutions.
Um, they DID get drilled for that. The NCAA canceled half of a season and banned them from the postseason for two years. Dave Bliss has a lifetime show-cause.
