No. This is a recruit for the 2013 class. He's verbally committed to Auburn, but isn't able to sign anywhere yet.

Read about the two situations. There are pretty significant differences. And I'm not even saying that AU did anything wrong. I know very little about Foster's recruitment other than he pissed Saban off a couple of days before he flipped.
