I'm game for a 3 spot and playing Akron, however, after we beat Ky at least once if not twice, it will be our 2nd straight #1 team beaten in a year, which might give us a #1 seed.

of Duke as a 2 (IMHO). They've lost their (only) 3 true road games so far and I think they'll struggle in their conf. games away from Cameron.

i have a problem with the big east cuse a 1 ,villanova 2,west virginia 4,pitt 2,george town 3 its crazy and texas and kansas both 1 and they only play one another 1 timewhat if ut beats kentucky atleast one time and makes sec tourney final, tennessee could have 25 to 29 wins and wins over 2 number 1 and the just get a 3 its all conjecture any ways alot may change in the next 6 weeks

Early, but I like, xept for KY's spot.

I still see UK as a 1 seed, but I don't seem them getting the South Bracket unless we run the ENTIRE season undefeated. 3 or 4 SEC losses and there's no way we get the south. Probably the midwest or west.

Also, unless I am way off the mark, one conference is going to have two number one seeds. Either the Big East, or the Big 12. Perhaps the Big 12 has the better chance of it happening, with the Big East beating up on each other a little to much.

Right now I like Tennessee exactly where they are. Assuming pre-weapon gate Pearl doesn't show back up on the coaching side of things, I don't see the Vols falling off the rest of the season.

If you have 3 or 4 conference losses, you won't even have a number 1 seed much less worrying about what side of the bracket you're in. I would be shocked if UK lost more than 2 in the conference.

IU beat pitt. jokesquad.

You have got to be kidding. So road wins against a top five Syracuse, a top 25 UConn and a solid Cincy squad don't mean anything? With those wins and the neutral court win over Wichita St, I challenge you to find me 8 better resumes.

I know this is only a projection, but I don't see Duke as and 2 and UNC as a 5. Not sure about Ohio St at a 4. They still have a rough schedule (WVU, ILL, MSU on the road & Pur, ILL. MINN @ home) and besides Turner, they don't have much.

I like Vandy @ 6, Dayton should get a 6 or 7 (not 5), GA Tech will be higher than a 6 (maybe a 4 or 5). UT at a 3 is ok right now. We still have a lot of bball to play.

Side note - I really like the N. Iowa squad, depending on their seed, they could be a surprise team if you want to call them that.

Pitt's good, but the UConn and Cincy wins are not looking as good lately.
