Is it just me or is anyone else worried about the tournament. Yea we play great at home, and we always seem to give the top teams a good fight. I am afraid that we will slack off against the mediocre teams and get upset. And since were probably going to be in Syracuse's region and we end up playing Cuse, I don't see a chance because our zone offense has been horrible...Thoughts?

What makes you so sure we will be in Cuse's division? I actually think our guys overachieve a little this year. Maybe crack the Elite 8.

If Bruce Pearl can get us to the Elite 8 then there shouldn't even be race for Coach of the Year.

There's obviously reason to worry about the tournament. Look at the past four years.

Even Hat said he wouldn't be all that shocked if we make the Sweet 16.

Therefore, it wouldn't surprise me to see us pull out another shocking victory to make into Elite 8.

I wouldn't be surprised if we made the Elite 8 or lost in the 1st round. We're so unpredictable, I'm not sure what to expect.

Exactly. We could get shipped out West, Cuse could be shipped out West. And if Cuse is a 1 seed, we wouldn't see them in the 1st weekend unless we were an 8/9. No sense in looking to the 2nd weekend yet.

besides the assumption we will be in the same region with the 'cuse... you have obviously assumed the Vols will win the first 2-3 games and i think this contradicts the first sentence.

the sweet 16 or elite eight would definitely be a good end to our season.... i know this isn't necessarily a popular opinion.

We should be worried about Miss St. first...I fully expect UT to bomb out in the SEC tourney, it always happens...as for the NCAA, it really depends on where we are seeded and what happens with the other teams as well...I can see UT getting to the Sweet 16, the Elite 8, not so much.
