With the demise of both our women's and men's teams this week, my TV will not spend one second watching any other bball games till the beginning of next season. Does anyone else do the same? I mean, If UT is not in the hunt in any sport, off goes my TV as I could give a rats hinny about any other team. Last NCAAF championship game I watched was 1998, and holding out till we are on the stage again (just cannot stomach watching Saban, Swinney, Smart, etc. hoisting anything in the air). Last Superbowl I watched was when Peyton won it for Denver.

I would watch just to hear Charles Barkley at pregame and half-time. Also interested in seeing how FAU does. Fun team to watch.

I’d watch to see certain teams lose. Without Duke, UNC, KU, UK, Bama, Barn, UCLA, and a few others I’m running out of teams to pull against. I guess Creighton, FAU, or SD State it is. Anybody but UConn (and maybe Texas or Miami).

Nah I love watching sports too much to not watch the biggest games. I didn’t watch the Natty as I was on a cruise but also didn’t wanna see UGA celebrate which of course, happened anyway.

Seeing these kids compete and give it their all is what it’s all about. I’d love for Tennessee to one day make a Final Four but I just love watching sports even if it doesn’t involve my team. To each his/her own.

No way.I'm usually down for a few hours after a Vols loss but after that I'm ready wash away my sorrows with some sports viewing.

I'm like you OP. The sport is usually dead to me when we lose like we usually do. Sometimes I'll recover by Monday of the Champ game.
