I hope he gets it. Kid runs and plays hard. He may not have the vision lane does, but he's improved a lot over the years. I've really enjoyed some of his runs this season. I hope he get 200+ yds today.

He is not an NFL caliber player. Sorry

If he works as hard as he always does, he will crush the combine, and get drafted (probably a lot earlier than people on here think). If you don't think he's NFL caliber you obviously haven't watched some of his runs this year.

Just FYI for stats people:

Neal is 94 total yards away from being Top 15 all time in All-purpose Yards at UT

Neal is 62 rushing yards away from tying Charlie Garner for 12th all time.

11th all time is Travis Stephens, here's a little comparison between the two:

Rajion Neal / Travis Stephens:

Carries: 424 / 488
Yards: 2,029 / 2,336
Yards per carry: 4.8 / 4.8
TD's: 18 / 21
Receptions: 64 / 27
Yards: 620 / 200
TD: 4 / 1

Wow, I didn't know we had NFL scouts on Volnation! Thank you for that POSITIVE, insightful, and we'll reasoned analysis! Could this be the "scout" that said Foster would not make either? That settles it Neal, don't touch another football after you get your 1,000 yards, sorry the "scout" has spoken!

Wait a minute, are you the one who opined Randy Sanders and Sal Sunseri is the difference between FSU this year and years past?
:eek:lol:

What was your opinion on Foster while playing here?

I actually thought Foster would make it on an NFL team. I was surprised he didn't get drafted. He had the elusiveness and the vision that a RB needs. Neal, sadly, does not.

Just my opinion, I don't profess to be an expert talent evaluator. I'm just going on the eye test. I hope he makes it, just don't know if he has the skill set.

We interrupt this thread about a 1000 yard goal, for this very important negative opinion about a player's professional prospectus...in other opinionated news...Josh Dobbs will never work for Lockheed :)

How do I know that you're qualified to make that determination?

Neal even if he gets 1,000 yards I do not think anyone will be excited. It is one of those things when you have a loosing season not a lot of people remember these things. Not saying it is a cool thing though

Some of you people are impossible to please. I'm assuming some of you are the same ones that hated on Foster, Hunter, Bray, D. Rogers, Crompton, Palardy (his earlier years) etc...
