just heard that Gantz was getting a coalition together - there was an orthodox group that could have been on board with Net but had refused to back him in the last 2 - wonder if they came on board.

They are, except Netanyahu is an insider's insider.

He's an absolutely fascinating figure. Was basically raised in the United States and speaks English with a Philadelphia accent (went to high school there). Went back to Israel and was a Sayeret Matkal (equivalent to Delta Force) captain, did a bunch of raids, got shot, brother who also served was killed. Then goes to MIT and does consulting, then comes back to Israel and enters politics.

The really interesting thing about (part of) the charges against Netanyahu and how small-time the stuff sounds. Stuff like getting champagne and cigars from a guy who runs a movie production company.

Bro, you can't do it like that...need to set up a "non-profit foundation" that solicits "donations" and give speeches.

Bibi's brother was killed on the runway during the Antebbe,Uganda raid in 1977.
