I don't usually let myself get suckered into these things, but when the guy says this about Aubie...

"New offensive coordinator Tony Franklin still hasn't settled on a starting quarterback for his spread offense..."

Then says this about us...

"New quarterback Jonathan Crompton looked good running the attack this spring..."

Then proceeds to slot Auburn 5 spots higher, well that's just screwy.

It's hard enough to try to predict how the remainder of the season will play out in Week 8, much less 4 months before it even starts. I take all of the pre-season hoopla with a grain of salt.

I think Georgia is just as deserving as Ohio State. Should be fun watching OSU get whipped in the title game again this season. They get blown out against USC and then run the table to finish 11-1.

Saw that NCAA 2009 has Georgia as the #1 team.

Don't agree with Auburn being ranked ahead of us at all.

I wish everyone we played were ranked #1, 2 and decending order.... We have to play them anyways, might as well be beating the best team on the block when we do beat them.

I Hope Florida is ranked as high as they can possibly rank them and still sleep at night at the beginning of the year and I hope Georgia is Ranked #1 when we play them in Athens.

I want the world to KNOW Tennessee is coming back.

I love playing the part of the spoiler! GBO!

OSU will lose to USC, and if they run the table, Florida or some other good team will be there to beat them again.

I'll be amazed if OSU gets another national title shot if an SEC team is ranked #1 or #2. I think it would be fitting, however, if they did play another SEC team and lost a 3rd year in a row.

I really don't want them to be in the national title game. I live in Columbus, and can't stand most of their fan base.

I will be absolutely ecstatic if we are 5 - 0 after the 10th of October.... Would LOVE to go into Athens undefeated, Could you imagine that game, that atmosphere if both UGA and Tennessee were Undefeated up to that point?

Gives me chills thinking about it.

The atmosphere would be a helluva lot better if we went into Knoxville undefeated on Oct. 18th :crossfingers:

If Georgia wears their black jerseys we'll be in trouble. . .

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist.

His rankings of the Big12 schools are pretty bold. I hope he's not throwing money on this. Of course, everytime I look at preseason rankings this earlier and throughout much of the summer, I end up with a headache trying to find the logic. In the end, everybody has an opinon and I guess that's why he gets paid the big bucks. Good luck with the zorros @ 11.
