I am hearing good things about Ash Lawson, the new assistant and recruiting co-ordinator.
Players seem to like him and his approach to teaching. He is already getting the players excited, both old and new. I followed his success when he was at Tennessee Wesleyan. While it was an NAIA school, he won conference championships, regional championships, was constantly ranked in the top 15 programs in the country, and had players drafted every year. Having an assistant with successful head coaching experience really helps!
He knows talent, and will represent the Vols with a lot of class.
This is one guy that can make a difference!!!!

That's the same as a sinking Titanic getting a new 1st mate. The ship is still sinking because the captain crashed it.
