I'm honestly kinda shocked that we never got Justin Gatlin to do anything for the FB team.
But yea, if he had any hands at all he could be an antonio gates type. Maybe he will go to the NFL after if bb doesn't workout?

Leonard Scott pissed them off too bad.

That's what I'm saying. Who is he, Usain Bolt?

Speaking of Bolt, 104.5 (Mark Howard) was saying he was at 3.5 seconds at the 40 meter mark. That just doesn't sound true to me, even from Usain Bolt. He could blow by anyone and let the QB air it out and run under the ball with those numbers.

Seriously, hearing that Bolt's 100 meter time translates to a 3.5 40 made me do a double take. I thought I was hearing ESPN wrong and about expected them to predict UT as the next BCS champion.

 Please define "pretty effective". Leonard Scott was a complete waste of a uniform.

I'm not sure I'd call a guy that led the SEC in KOR in '99 (11th nationally) and finished his career 2nd only to Gault in that category a "complete waste of a uniform".

As a WR he was mediocre at best.

if anything, he would be slower than average at the 40 mark because he's so tall. He's the classic case of top end speed outweighing his start.

Assume that his first 40 was 3.5. His 2nd 40 would be MUCH faster because the start wouldn't be factored into it. That means he'd be roughly 6.8-7.0 through 80 (averaging better than 10m/second).

It wouldn't make sense that his last 20 would be greater than 10 yards/sec.

Negedu has also been playing in a Baltimore/D.C. summer league (Kevin Durant and Michael Beasley also play in it) and now has become known as “The Secret Weapon”.

The Secret Weapon. I love it.

"Special Purpose" would be better.

Haven't we had good luck recently with a recruit that UK didn't want? Just saying...
