look aruond the league at all the new young coaches aruond at the big schools in the sec. We need some new blood at UT if we are going to keep up with these schools. i feel like we are on the verge of being left in the dust of enthusiasm and the hunger of these great coaches. If we dont change now and establish ourselve back on the map it could be a long few years ahead

you guys are crazy. Coach Fulmer is fireproof and has this job as long as he wants. DEAL WITH IT. He's the next JoePa. That said, his offensive minions need to be dealt with. This is inexcusable.

as long as phil is the head man there will be no changes and no improvement. he has to go to save the program.

He will HAVE to clean house on offense... the fans demand it. You fairweather fans that want to fire the head coach that took you to a National Championship are insane.

Talk to Johnny Majors and Bill Battle. Fulmer has gotten really lazy, and this has been a long time coming.

He shouldn't be bitter, at least he has gotten the jack. His great grandchildren will never have to work. He just needs to suck it up and take his medicine.

Fulmer has the safety net of "major changes" before he is close to the chopping block. Once the changes are done within his coaching staff, and we are still bad, then he will be suspect.

I don't like to see coaches get axed, but in this day of high stakes college football, you have to make the necessary changes to keep up. You can't kill your program by cutting a bunch of players, and most of them being bluechip, HS All-Americans, so the only place is the coaches.

I think Fulmer is just a little bit untouchable right now. He has a NC, a handpicked AD in his backpocket, and is a recruiting genius.
