New Football Construction Question

While viewing a recruits visit video I noticed construction next to the football practice fields. On the online campus map it appears that it is in the area marked Haslam Field Expansion, but the construction I saw was definitely a multi-story building of some type. Can anyone tell me what that might be? Is it Lindsey Nelson Stadium expansion or some type of football building like an expansion of Anderson Training Center? Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks ahead of time.
