It has a clause which grants immunity to a victim of trafficking. This means that Girl A is brought in country she is got slinging her thing...guy paying is in trouble. She will be deported and/or give up the guys who brought her in, but not found guilty of prostitution.

I do agree with this...I do not think they have no brains though. They just see Bible as an elixir for all that ills. It is much like those that think bible in schools will fix education. They would have us put adulters to death. I think that might help population control though.

I'd imagine with GA judges, most of them are going to get closer to the full ten years and $100k. I think that's a fair punishment.

For trafficking underage girls, both the pimp and the John should fry. 10 years is too weak for what is basically sex slavery.
