Im happy with our rank...but Illinois got screwed.

How the heck does Texas jump Florida?

We beat Texas in a blowout, and Florida takes us to the wire, has only one loss and Texas jumps them. That just doesn't seem right.

I think it is a combination of Florida's loss to you being more recent plus perception is that Texas was out of sync for about three weeks there and you sort of caught them before they got their act together and now they are living up more to preseason expectations.

Glad to see UAB getting some love. The beat the stew out of Okla State. I went to the Houston game Saturday night. If you like Pearl you'd like Mike Anderson - he gets more out of less than anyone; maybe even BP.

Anderson is a very good coach. It's interesting, of the three actual candidates for the job last spring, Lutz is the only one not having an exceptional year and Charlotte certainly isn't terrible. Hamilton should be commended for doing a great job in making his first major hire.

:clapping: :dance2: Man, I'm glad to finally see the men's team get some respect! Two wins over top 10 teams and we played Memphis close. Just hope the winning can continue. With a few more wins the Vols could probably be a 5th seed in the mid-Atlantic. Sure would like to see the Vols play in DC! :dance2: I'd sure try to get tickets.

Pearl's old team, UW-Milwaukee, is off to a great start and has a high RPI.

It's nice to see the guys getting some respect. This will be great for recruiting.

I mean, other than the fact that we have someone who actually recruits now. :D
