That's definitely a selling point, but keep in mind that this year's high school Sr's were 7th graders then.

I like what Monte Kiffin brings to the fold, but let's remember that Tony Dungy was the co-founder for that defense that won that Super Bowl. Not taking anything away from Monte at all, but you have to balance the credit out.

We will be good at D next year. I love the pic from above lol. and I bet the Kiffin family practices running through the T during family reunions now. haha

Now that Monte has officially said he is coming to TN, I think we will hear of a lot of defensive players start checking out TN. I mean you have the mastermind of defense in the NFL now coaching in college. This just tells players that hey, if we can get in with this guy, we have a really good shot at becoming stars in the NFL. Just my opinion, but I would think that everyone with a right mindset would see this as well.

One thing is for sure.

We need to start rooting against the Bucs. The quicker they're out, the quicker we get Monte on staff calling recruits.

i was a sixth grader and i still remember pretty much everyting about the game/year. Dexter Jackson was superbowl mvp. the bucs defense had a ton of ints. Rich Gannon played for the superbowl loser raiders and was season mvp. Middle schoolers are big time sports fans these days, im sure they all remember it.
