I think it's strange that Paul Jones is the #5 pro-style QB and Scroggins is #6, but Scroggins is in the Rivals top 100 and Jones isn't. Not sure how they get that.

If Stone is still ranked at #91 then Fulton should be in the Top 50 easily.
Based on them at camp I think he is a much better looking overall prospect than Stone.

They have scroggins as third best qb. one behind bell and like fourty behind sims which is retarded.

TJ Stripling jumped a bit too high, IMO.

Stripling belongs nowhere near the Top 100.
But that is all Mike Farrell who is not a good talent evaluator at all. He kept raving about Stripling at Tennessee's camp because of his size and frame but Stripling was average at best going through the drills and on the field. He was not any better than the 5th best DE at the camp.

Even if he was the 5th best de on the field thats still impressive. However, I dont think he should be 28 either. However, one of my buds that went to the camp as a oline (doesn't keep up with other guys recruiting) said he was the most impressive (or at least the guy that stuck out the most) guy he saw. Also said miller was great and willis was great but this guy stuck in his mind. It might have been the dreads but who knows.

Things wrong with this list that jump out to me immediately---

Blake Bell is still ranked ahead of Heaps and Scroggins. He is still raw with a couple unimpressive showings this summer and if he wasn't 6'6, he wouldn't sniff the top-100.

Sims is clearly the #1 QB because he's a Bama verbal.

DeMarcus Milliner is a highly talented player, but I doubt he'd be ranked ahead of Lamarcus Joyner if he had committed to Tennessee.

ESPN's Scouts Inc. essentially labeled Martavis Bryant a less gifted version of Justin Hunter, yet Bryant is #36 and Hunter isn't in the top-100. Could it have something to do with the fact that Hunter is committed to LSU, one of Alabama's rvials?

When you actually look at this list and compare names one-to-one, this list is still terrible. It's taking shape, but when you put names side-by-side, this is a very flawed list.

The problem is Farrell was the Rivals guy at the Tennessee camp. He is an awful talent evaluator.

He jumps Stripling because of his performance at Tennessee's camp but Fulton is nowhere to be found?

Everyone else at camp basically came to the same conclusions.
1. Stripling was the 5th best DE there behind Miller, Smith, Willis and Copeland in that order. And Farrell says he dominated the camp?
2. Fulton was FAR and AWAY the best offensive lineman at camp. Way better than Stone and all others. And Stone stays in the Top 100 and no mention of Fulton anywhere.

The guy is just plain bad and should not be ranking prospects for Rivals.
