From what I am hearing in Lex Patterson is taking a long look at the Cats. They could be primary competition for his "services".

Kentucky is certainly a player in that recruitment. By the way, the staffs at K-State and SC expect Mayo to announce this weekend at the ABCD camp. My gut says SC. Just a hunch. Both staffs are confident.

Why is Rivals the only service saying that Hickson is looking at UT? He has said time and time again that UT is one of the schools he is really looking at and Hubbs and Lewis are pretty optimistic that we will be in his final 5.

Scout listed 15 schools for Hickson without mentioning us. It's still early. Recruiting will really shake out after the tourneys in Las Vegas and Orlando at the end of the month.

He is listed at 6'8", 225, which may be too big for UK to recruit. Tubby seems to be having a really hard time signing PFs. And, for what rankings are worth, Patterson is only #46 on Rivals.

It would be great to land Moore because I've seen him play a few times but I hear he's head to either IU or maybe Purdue.

Tubby's weakness is not playing freshman, but with everything happening in Lex these days he could offer this kid immediate playing time.
