That new Irish helmet is just weird..... I like the fact that we don't get a mention, I swear I would be mad if UT went all Maryland on our unis...

1) Arkanas adding a black uniform....to my recollection that leaves Ole Miss, Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, and A&M as the only SEC schools that haven't worn a black jersey/uniform.

2) It appears gray is the new black.

Florida is the only team on that list who'd even consider it.

-I don't know what the obsession with grey is, but Nike seems to be pushing it hard.

-Like a poster above mentioned, the Southern Miss throwbacks are FANTASTIC.

-I like the switch the SEC has made from the pennant logo to the circle logo.

-The Big 10 teams are going to look weird at first having the conference logo on their jerseys.

-Kind of disappointed to see that Notre Dame is switching to FieldTurf, but that just seems to be another trend lately. I suppose it is cheaper and easier to maintain in the long run.

-Arkansas adding their Twitter #gohogs to their field is just stupid.

It's done by Paul Lukas, who runs a uniform and general design blog called Uni Watch.

He obviously makes enough money to live off of it, so I'd say it's worthwhile.

Thank god Maryland fixed those helmets. Like the new ones a lot better.
I do think the gray looks really good, especially OKST's new ones.
