New Uniforms, Same Mediocrity

Mediocrity implies that their level of play has approached average . . . which is completely untrue.

Wow, way to be original. I like these jerseys about as much as the last time I saw them...on the Cleveland Cavaliers

Well leave it to Billy Knight to be unoriginal. I just heard on ESPN Radio that every first round pick he has ever made has been a forward.

They should go back to the old neon green and blue ones

That would definatly be different, but sorry can't agree with you on that one. The green one makes me want to puke that same color.:yuck:

How about the old Spud Webb days?

From the guy in Portland who are only on the map because they have the #1 pick
Uh yeah... Well, you know. Being a regular fixture in the NBA playoffs for over two decades, not to mention the second-longest playoff appearance streak of all time with an NBA title and three Western Conference championships doesn't get you on the map anymore.

Of course, the Hawks haven't sniffed 40 wins since the Blazers went seven games with the Shaq-Kobe Lakers, and have been about as irrelevant as a professional sports franchise can get.

My Blazers, on the other hand, have managed to shed a horrible image, win back an alienated city, hire a brilliant GM and are looking to put together the NBA's best draft group two seasons running.

I'll be at an NBA draft party on Thursday while my team gets Greg f***ing Oden. Good luck to your Hawks, hope whichever forward/center they decide to take doesn't bust. Again.

Also new is a side view of a hawk's head -- "sleek and aggressive, a fierce look in its eye, swooping onto its prey," said Lou DePaoli, the team's executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
Losers.

"YOU WILL FEEL HUMILIATION BECAUSE THE PING-PONG BALLS BOUNCED MORE FORTUITOUSLY FOR THE SPORTS TEAM FROM MY AREA THAN FOR THE SPORTS TEAM FROM YOUR AREA!"

(But yeah, if Billy Knight had the #1 overall pick, he'd probably take somebody like Noah.)

The trailblazers had a great team back in the day with Clyde "the Glide" Drexler, Terry Porter, Kersey, and Cliff Robinson. Loved watching them play the Bulls.

:eek:lol: At that whole post.

Yeah, we've had really good teams in Rip City. It just so happens our really good teams happened to coincide with Kareem's Lakers, Jordan's Bulls and the Shaq-Kobe Lakers.

Nowhere else in America will you find so much disdain for Phil Jackson.
