For all Nashville (and other Middle TN) Vol fans who haven't heard, 1510 WLAC-AM is no longer carrying UT football. 105.9 FM "The Rock" is Nashville's new home for the Big Orange. Classic rock and UT football: God bless America!

Actually 1510WLAC is still the voice of the VOLS in the midstate. The Rock 105.9 is just going to simulcast the football game from the WLAC broadcast. So the games will be on both stations. When the station identifies itself during the game, 105.9 will be 1510WLAC

In the new deal, UT wanted an FM signal to go along with 1510 WLAC's stong AM signal that can be heard in 33 states. WLAC also had to agree to begin airing Lady VOLS basketball games.

I hope I can pick that station up on satellite radio. I think the Vol network ought to HAVE to carry Lady Vol games!! They're as elite as anybody!!
