My brain hurts. Why are those words deemed bad? And why does Florida not allow the word 'hurricane'????

Really...

Halloween may suggest paganism; divorce may conjure up uneasy feelings for children in the midst of a divorce within their family. One phrase that may surprise many, the term "Rock 'n' Roll" was on the "avoid" list.

And not good news for Italians: the Department of Education also advised avoiding references to types of food, such as pepperoni, products they said "persons of some religions or cultures may not indulge in."

And now my brain has exploded.

I. DO. NOT. UNDER. STAND. Once a society becomes too politically correct is the moment it begins to fall.

depending on who you are there's a lot of words you can't say

true freedom of speech is gone kaput

especially if you'er a white male

and what the hell is "white" anymore

a mexican with a jewish name that shoots a black guy is now labeled "white"

OTHERWISE I HAPPEN TO AGREE WITH BANNING WORDS ON STANDARDIZED TESTS....

ABSOLUTELY MAKES SENSE
