good question,I'd like to know how the individual work outs are going,as who is improving and who has been tossing the football around in the doldrums of summer, probably be a hard thing to find out though and when do the freshmen arrive on campus also ?

Dobbs is the next Heisman winner, because he had his picture taken with Manning, TIFWIW.

That's all I know right now.

And Carr is a massive human being.

Also, cant forget about linebacker Cory Vereen.

Early enrolle looked very impressive in the Orange & White game.

Always like to hear the time of year who are strongest players... My guess Richardson and McCullers

I wish Neal would live up to his potential. Dude has the size and speed to be a factor. He just seems lazy though and his attitude doesn't seem like he is pushing to be that top back but then again I have no clue about his workouts.

All must be forgiven. It's a new day. A new beginning. The awakening has begun. Hide your daughters. Protect your wife. Hell is coming. His name is BUTCH.

Wish he would run downhill a little more but I don't question his effort....IIRC he was lifting with the OL last year and had one of, if not the fastest 40's on the team!

I hope being able to concentrate on being a RB will benefit him greatly instead of Dooley experimenting with him at receiver.

marlin lane is more of a north south runner i just hope he gets out of the dog house and back to trying to get the starting RB spot! NEAL and Lane will be a great 1-2 punch if neal could just hit the hole hard without dancing around he prolly would have broke a few long runs off

Hubbs has said that North looks to be the real deal physically. Just need to see him in pads and can he pick up offense/routes.

Another guy he named was the JUCO TE Woody Quinn. Supposedly he looks very imposing and could make an immediate impact.

Jason Carr has put on 30 pounds and is at 275 and has a chance to play at DT in the future.

All but 2 or 3 of the freshmen are already on campus and enrolled in the first summer school session. The others will enroll in the second summer session. Only one, RB Lee, looks to be an academic no show, and will probably end up at a JC.

I thought he looked much improved last season before his injury. He made his decisions much quicker so he was hitting the holes pretty quickly, and he ran more north and south through the holes rather than bouncing outside every play. He needs to improve on getting his knees up higher when he is running through traffic, but I expect he, Lane, and Hill to all run well behind this OL this season.

Runner-up. Not winner.

Only at UT does A qb that is in the discussion as possibly the greatest ever lose an individual award to the only defensive player to ever win the award.

Last year, Neal worked out in the weight room with the offensive line. I'd say that was pushing it.

Running backs sometimes do things like that to build a good relationship with the guys that make the holes for them. Lots of times you will see the RB's go straight up to their OL to celebrate after a big run or TD.

While that is true, it was also shown last year that Neal was lifting near the top of the team. And no, I'm not going to look for the proof.

I don't need proof. I remember hearing that last year. Neal is and has always been one hell of an athlete. I'm sure working out with the OL might have motivated him to lift harder as well.
