This is a good article from the Tennessean. It brings up a good point. Most new hires usually have to come in and start from scratch on evaluations and learning the old system to implement a new one. Cutcliffe has already been on the outside looking in. He's watched the team all season and knows the strengths and weaknesses. He's seen the mechanics and what needs to be worked on. He's got a huge leg up on fixing things I think will help towards putting us back on top much faster than say an outsider.
I'm excited about next year. I'm not going to set expectations too high because Cut has a lot to deal with. But I will say that watching the games next year should be soooo much better than this year.
