That's all he does. He makes his living off his sarcastic remarks at Fulmer. The only time he gave Fulmer credit was when the Vols won it all.........................

I thought that was what you meant, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how you got from CPF to CRP?

Adams is gutsy with some of his stories but he comes across a little goofy.

Strange acts like he is the final authority on things and is boring.

Hooker will be like strange when he grows up...unfortunately.

Gary Lundy is greatly missed.

Mark Burgess, is like reading the obituarys.

None of the writers weave the local color in thier stories like Marvin West. West is the only real writer in the whole bunch. West is a writer, the rest are reporters living in a sterile bubble.

He did a pretty good job on a book titled "Third Sat in Oct".

You and I finally agree on something. Browning wrote good columns in K-Town, he just had no chance for longevity, due to his Alabama ties.

I really believe the trend toward reporter butt-kissing the college and pro sports programs is partly due to most towns now having only one newspaper. Living in Atlanta, it can be absolutely nauseating the way the AJC reporters carry on over the Bulldogs/Braves/Falcons (no one gives a rat's butt about GTech or the Hawks). If you look at the cities with two competing newspapers, sports reporters and their articles seem to be more critical and challenging, if not down right abusive.

I agree with the no butt kissing theory. However, Climer seems to find the bad even when we win. Maybe we need another "Deep Throat", only the facts, and these writers can quit opinionating us to death. Normally, I just read the quotes and forget the nonsense.
