Just wondering who the next commit will be......I see with all the UF turmoil, the next one will be Chaz Green.......:rock:

I would say Lane and company are on the phone right now trying to persuade some commits from UF already, I would like to think we maybe snag a couple from them

Touchy time to be trying to get in touch with recruits since this is a No-Contact period in recruiting. I think the recruits can call us but we are severely limited in getting in touch with them.

It is a dead period so coaches cannot contact recruits until after the bowl games. That being said, recruits can call the coaches at anytime. My first thought was Chaz Green will be next I hope!

I thought that too, but I keep seeing that coaches can make one call per week. That doesn't seem to match the term 'dead period', but that is what I have seen. Anyone, feel free to confirm or deny.:dunno:

Players can get 1 call from a team per week during a dead period. Recruits can call coaches as often as they want though.

WHO CARES?......things just don't seem right .....think about how suspicious the tabloid was about our recruiting.....do you think the NYT will sniff into his abrupt stand down, or will the NYT take Meyer'S **** out of their mouths and just praise him and let him sail of into the sunset?

i thought it was a dead period for recruiting...no phone calls to recruits.

the coaches are allowed one phone call a week per prospect IIRC, but the prospects can call the coaches as many times as they want

I bet there are more shoes to fall also. Nothing about this Myer situation has made sense from the get go. But to stay on topic, Im going all in and saying Elam.
