Perhaps I'm being a bit optimistic, but I think we are a couple of contributing JUCO DTs away from being able to win 8-9 games next year. In looking at each position, it looks to me as if we have the potential to be better than average almost everywhere else. Besides Couch, are we leading for any others? What's the latest on John Brown? CDD needs to be going after DTs like his life depends upon it.

I think we will be really good on offense next year, especially the O-line. I'm still worried about the D. it might take another year for them to get back to what we are use to.

She was about to take a picture with him but feared it would it might get in the wrong hands. IMO he does have the look. I hope not bc he has to much talent to waste like coker the smoker.

We will be a lot better on offense next year, but we still will have holes on the d-line and in the secondary. It will be a couple years until we get depth and experience in both of those positions to really compete.

Brown's ship has sailed.

At least it looks as though we will have some offensive fire power to have a shot at shooting it out with teams with Bray slinging it all over the field.....D. Rogers needs to get more serious in the passing game.....start putting forth much more focus and devotion to becoming a great route runner...if so..our passing game is going to be real real hard to defend.

let's remember than Jones and Moore will be gone! Gonna have to have these young guys step up.....hope they do because future looks bright if they do! Seems like in clutch situations we go to these guys, we need others to step up!

Losing Jones, Moore, and Stocker will be big, their leadership and 'mentorship' of the young freshman will be sorely missed. That being said, with them leaving, us making a bowl game is SOOO important for the freshman WR's to develop and get more time with Jones and Moore.

WR's for next year, Hunter, Rogers, Rogers, Milton for sure. Arnett, Dallas - when they sign. Meline who knows if he'll be here or if he'll play DB or WR. My personal opinion, we could see some Devrin Young involved in the passing game as a scat back as soon as next season. However that is a VERY VERY young and inexperienced WR Corp....will need to learn routes. Really need those 15 bowl practices. If you notice Hunter's routes are usually slants or fly routes this season, Da'Rick...hasn't done a lot yet in the passing game, and Milton runs very poor routes in the limited action he's seen. I can see Zach turning into a great slot guy with Hunter and Da'Rick....Rivera has looked solid as well at TE over the last few games, solid hands.

Defensively, we're gonna be very thin at LB'er. Lathers and Austin Johnson should be solid....I actually think the secondary will be pretty solid next year with all the experience the young guys have received this year. Our D-Line will be much improved - DE's Miller, Martin, Bohannon, Fowlkes, Jacques DT's we get Walls back, Malik if he stays inside will be beefed up to fit the part more, and Couch should play a quick role.

Future looks good!

I think we see about 8 wins next year. Maybe 9 if were lucky. You gotta remember if we had beat LSU we could have been potentially looking at another 7-5 record if we beat vandy and Uk.

That is still going to be a tough one. Their defense is young and very talented. They have too much talent on offense (also pretty young) to not get things figured out by next year.

Watching the gators D last night wasn't that scary. Their DB's are sick but Lattimore shredded the front seven. The east will be a dog fight next year. I think we win 8 or 9 next year but will give ANY team we play a fight. I can't help but have flashbacks to Cutcliffe offenses with Manning. It looks similar to me... I am really excited about the future. GBO.
