this weekend, with the official visitors we had, got me thinking about next year's o-line. we lose 4 of 5. aaron douglas stays. dang. what are we gonna do? anybody know what our starting line will look like next fall? we gotta do some work to pick up at least 2 of the following: chaz green, arie kouandijo, james stone, jawaun james, and tj leifheit. but we really need morgan moses and john cullen, because they're older, more experienced, and can come in and play pronto. who will we get and what does our line look like at this time next year?

I think our OL will be better than I originally thought it would be. I mean, who would think a line starting 2 walk-ons and a freshmen converted TE would be as good as they've been this year, today especially.

Browning/Cregg/Chaney appear to be doing a good job.

agreed, they are pretty good considering... what about next year though, when douglas is the only one we return?

LT - Douglas
LG - Shaw
C -
RG - Brimfield...maybe
RT - Schofield/Thomas

I really don't know for C and RG, but jucos or somebody else could step up. It doesn't look good, but neither does our starting OL right now.

was he red shirted? because on volquest's depth chart he is definitely listed as a senior.

Don't go by the depth chart on VQ. Ton of inaccuracies on VQ. Go by the one of UTsports...

Haha LV and this line doesn't scare you?

Yea, but they have been doing a very good job the past 2 games. They are well coached and play extremely hard...

We just don't know if Cullen or Moses would pan out for sure. Pope and Brimfield have never showed anything either. Alot of unanswered questions. Losing Browning as a coach is going to hurt too...

I"m sick and tired of people using the fact that the Sullins twins are walk-ons as reasons why they aren't as talented, etc. Nobody is saying that about Nick Reveiz now, don't say it for the Sullins brothers either. If the Sullins brothers were 4 stars coming out of HS and starting now then they all of a sudden would be considered "more talented", it's ridiculous.

Just b/c our line is starting two walk-ons and a former TE does not mean that they aren't playing at the same level as 4 or 5 star players....If you don't think the Sullins twins are talented then tell me why you think that, but we all need to quit referring to them as "walk-ons" as if they are somehow inferior to our almighty 4 and 5 star players....

I don't think the Sullins' bros and Reveiz are all that talented. They are very well coached, give 100% effort on every play, and play with a TON of heart...

They don't run the fastest 40's or have the highest verticals I guess.. But think they all have very good instincts, especially Reveiz obviously...

PS everyone needED to turn to Michigan Iowa game, it's coming down to the wire!!
