I don't think it's going to be a night game. Tex A&M vs LSU and Baylor vs OK St will probably be the night games that weekend. The third featured night game will probably be Ole Miss vs Mizzou. I think the only way it becomes a night game is if UT beats Auburn this weekend and there is a lot of hype around the Vols trying to become bowl eligible with their 6th win. Imho, it'll be a 3:30 game and UGA/UK and Miss St/Ark will be the noon games.

Would be very surprised if CBS didn't take LSU/A&M as the 3:30 game.

Well, I somewhat agree with you, but Networks might want to cater to the idea of a 'Cinderella' team, in a way, that went from a losing season last year to upsetting the #11 team and the #7 team this season with a new head coach and staff. Might get some viewers.

The game will be on TV due to contractual obligations but there isn't too much discussion going on about the UT/ Vandy game being compelling outside of UT and Vandy fans.

My niece is a student and she said that guest tickets were $70 (bit on the high side), so I presume the administration doesn't need to sell a bunch tickets like they did for SC. Probably will be close to 100k, with no other meaningful/big games left. And bowl game or not...Vandy and KY are just not meaningful games.

Was just thinking that the other day! Latest game here all year is AP at 6p. Candy was night 2 yrs ago, maybe it will be again. If not, no true nt game for 1st time since 1972.
And I think 100,000 or so for Sat

Seriously.

I realize we are in a deep, deep valley right now, but the people in the fanbase who want to argue over how low attendance will be should be medicated.

They act like UT is the only school with attendance issues.

Since AU is ranked so high, there are a ton of AU fans in Nashville...Don't know about the other parts of TN....I was able to sell my 30 yard line seats for $150 each to a barner. I know i know, dont sell tickets to opposing fans, but I couldn't go at the last minute and had to make up for some other lost funds.
